First OF ALL JOY is a gift. She is so good at her job. Today however the receptionist was really rude. Not very friendly or welcoming. Told me straight up that she didn't want my paperwork just to take it in the back when my name is called. Again, not at all welcoming or friendly. Felt like I was bothering her. Anyways it is such a disappointment. This place is usually the best ever. I hope Joy is here...

Went this morning for a 2 glucose test as I'm pregnant 26 weeks. I walked in about 5min after opening(605) no appointment got right in they were quick to help at front desk and very nice at both the front of the place and the back. I was out by 815 :) quickest blood draw I've ever had(also the glucose test was 2hrs so that's why 815) they were on top of it! This is where I'll always go for my blood draws!

Pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and cleanliness of this location. Went to get my 3yr old daughters blood drawn n they were very patient and caring I didn't get there names but really appreciate the way we were treated in and out within 10 minutes! Thank u to the staff for making our somewhat traumatic experience more pleasant. Keep up the good work and know you and your efforts are much appreciated.
