Verizon sent me a phone that wasn’t working. Went to this store and was told I had to pay more for them to replace my phone. They promised me they will credit the amount towards my next month’s bill just had to pay that amount that day but that didn’t happen. Beware of false promises at this location

We had excellent service. The Verizon store in Murrieta on Newport, Monisa, sure I didn't spell it right, was so very helpful.

I have no complaints about this store. My big complaint is about Verizon. Put service in this areas is horrible. It doesn’t matter if we have wifi or not.

If you want actual service, don’t come to this location. Their posted hours say they close at 8, show up at 7:40 and their doors are locked. Manager says they only take appointments from 7-8, what the actual bleep!! If you don’t advertise that on your website and you are supposed to be open to the public, why are you screening people? The manager said it’s a “corporate thing” to only take appointments, doesn’t sound right to me. Every time we’ve come to this store the service is horrendous.
