Vigorous definitely, take the path off of Fuller Avenue off of Hollywood Boulevard and walk all the way up to the top to Mulholland Drive the entire length of the mountain.
Depends on your health. I've seen people who are exhausted walking the basic trail. Want more challenge, walk the West part of the trail, or use Vest weights, ankle weights, and wrist weights. You can run fast if you are looking for cardio. You can run up the steps area of the East area if the trails.
The trail is beautiful. Worth every step
If you start on the far left as you enter the park, follow the hardcore folks. That trail goes straight up! Do it twice if its too simple or get weights
