We booked a car this week with your company. Arriving from Europe with family and luggages, how to get from the Arrival terminal to your office? Is there a shuttle or should we take a taxi?

There is a shuttle bus from the terminal. Make sure you stand under the sign for shuttle buses on the middle kerb. They will not stop anywhere else. The bus is marked National and Alamo. When you arrive at the rental office National will be upstairs.

The shuttle is free and comes by every few minutes.

There is a pick up location you will have to locate first. It is a short ride to the car rental place. There you will be able to pick up the car you booked or if you have a membership with them, you can pick from a few choices that's available then. I suggest the dodge grand caravan as your bringing family and luggage as cargo. Hope this helps 😉
