When we visited in mid May, there was a group that was awake until 1am, even if not too loud. Not sure if they were below the threshold or noise restrictions are not enforced. But overall, I would not consider it a loud campsite.
We went the week before memorial day and everyone was respectful. A couple families up past midnight but no one was rowdy or loud
We were there over Memorial Weekend. It was pretty quiet at night and everyone respected quiet hours.
