No there is not, they actually encourage youth fishing. Also, no license required, one can freely fish off the pier.

Not sure if they have it here but some boats offer bring your kid for free days.
Generally there is no age limit...as long as you're your own babysitter, not the deckhands or crew, all children are welcome 😊😁 👍
