There a place on fruitland street in kennewick that fills propane tanks..its kitty corner to the park
Most gas stations in the area will help you with it or they know where to go. It's cost you less than exchanging the tank
Fred Meyers have tanks you can exchange or some of the rental places can fill.
Any of the suppliers of propane in the area. I would assume AmerGas, and Ferrall Gas both have bulk plants in the area.
