You could but I personally wouldn't recommend it. As others have said, it's SUPER crowded and shop owners aren't too accepting unless the animal is in a carrier. Plus, if your "shopping" your hands will be too busy carrying bags😉

I'm not sure but, i would not suggest it. Allot of people and your pet could become overwhelmed.
