Some cash only some take cards also just ask before you shop vendor. Take some cash in case you see something you like from a cash only vendor. Some also don't give refunds so make sure to try shirts and shoes on and you like it before you buy.

All vendors with a venue take credit and or debit... All vendors street level are cash only basis...
Joseph Lopez is correct! it is always best to carry some cash with you, (loose bills) preferably. There are atm machines on the area but they charge your bank from $2.50-$4.00 if I remember correctly.
