Not a good place for dogs, very crowded. It would be overwhelming.
Yes. It's just a regular shopping area. However as others have mentioned the area gets extremely crowded and cramped.

Correct, but keep in mind that it is an extremely crowded public space...and not all vendors might be receptive to a non working dog entering their shop.
