I don't know if they are chlorinated but I think they are. You might want to call the ranger's office and ask them.
All pools are developed and chlorinated. The hot spring is about 90° naturally so this is required. The only direct spring water is through the mineral showers near the upper pool.

All pools are chlorinated with chlorine. The baby pool has the least chlorine but with kids in diapers would you want it any other way?
All of the pools are chlorinated. If your child is allergic to chlorine DO NOT put her in the pool. I worked there. I know this for a fact.
They use salt to chlorinate the pools on a daily basis, at least thats what i saw them using one morning. Theres an outdoor pool that goes to 5' deep and then theres a childrens pool that is only about a 1 to 1 1/2' deep. The hot mineral spa i know for sure is sanitized with salt crystals.
