Thank you for the question. We don’t tattoo people under 18 at all. It is illegal in the state of CA and in most other states as well. It is only legal to pierce minors with parental consent. Best to wait till your 18. Just food for thought, you might find somebody to tattoo underage people. But anyone willing to tattoo someone underage and put their reputation and freedom/business on the line is probably hard up for money. Please be careful.
Tattoo age is 18 with valid id or drivers license. So, no parental permission should be needed since you are not a minor. :)
