Horrible, horrible horrible. Worst pawn shop in the valley. The owner is never there on time. Always atleast 4 hours late. Sometimes he never opens the store. Tried for over a week to get my valuables out but the store is never open. Unreliable to the absolute fullest. It is 10:30 am now and store is not open yet. Waste of time BBB and the city of Los Angeles need to look into this character jack. Seems like he has a scheme on not showing up on time or at all so people can either be late on payments or forfeit their valuables. Call now. Can bet my life no one is there and store is not open. Please can I just get my stuff out without wasting money on gas and my time

I had bought some Beats that were actually the wrong ones, the owner was the nicest guy ever he really hooked me up with some new ones!! He didn't hassle or give me a hard time about anything. He was the most helpful and his costumer service was impeccable. It's good to find places that still care and put their costumers first. Thank you and you have gained a loyal customer for a lifetime. Highly recommend this place and please check him out, you will NOT be disappointed!!!
