If I could I would give them negative review stars. They "attempted" to deliver an AC unit 3 times, ofcourse they didn't, left a note at the door, didn't ring the bell or knock. Left a note to come pick up at this location. My 66 old father with a hurt shoulder went to go pick up his AC, asked for help getting it to his car, and with a store full of employees not a single one offered to help. They gave him a trolley and told him no one is allowed to help. He got it on the trolley and when got to his car, after about 10 minutes and gentleman/ stranger walking to his own car helped him put the unit in his car. Humanity is dead at this location, shame on them for not a single employee helping.

Passport service was terrible. I ended up having to leave because none of the employees could help me with their advertised passport services, and I went to the post office instead.

Seeing the posts below made me nervous, My Transaction Was Perfect Yesterday. The staff was friendly, very helpful, & polite. I've been a customer at this FedExOffice since the previous location at the Rte 111 & Rte 17 triangle in Hauppage. They are fast, helpful and their are customers that are very honest. 2 times I left my External drive in the FedEx computer (I had home printer issues for a month) and customers brought it to the staff. So thankful to their honesty!!! I've purchased supplies, binding s book, thumbs drives, paper & rented time on their computers for personal work. I've used this store for shipping out of state, they have very reasonable rates with eady package tracking. Thank you again for being there for many needs in my life, with helpful service. There are not just shipping, they do so much more. :)
