When does this open and in the meantime which do we contact regarding membership?

I called and was told there is a rep outside the old REI building for sign ups. All I was told was "towards end of April". Thank you for the reply!

I contacted customer service through their website, they don't have specific opening day but they said to check the website for updates. I enrolled through a promotion they had they had representative sitting by the location to enroll new participants. Hope this helps.
