I was in need of break auto repairs so I came to Orange avenue and Crann avenue to carquest Auto parts. I bought some brakes for 100 plus dollars for a 2003 Ford explorer front and back. They certified that I had the correct brakes with me and I took the car to get the brakes done. They had told me the wrong back brakes on the car after they assured me that they were correct. After advising them that my brakes were wrong we were no less than a mile down the company was unable to bring me the correct brakes for the difference on the money. They had me walk back to the carquest to get new trade breaks. I had my 1-year-old kid and my girl with me and they were unable to drive it down two blocks it was terrible service. Make sure you come here you talk to the correct person cuz someone there does not know how to do their job they all they need to know is about cars.

Ordered a part online, was ready as soon as I arrived. Great online to in store pickup service. Asked to see status on my battery, Ricardo went above and beyond to help me. Cleaned the terminals for me, and tested my battery very nicely. Thank you. Highly recommend
