We are sorry that this individual’s experience was not up to our standards nor our values. Yellow Basket is a small, family owned business, involved in the community. We take our customer’s concerns and complaints seriously. We have conducted a thorough investigation of the incident, including a detailed review of our safety video footage. We are working directly with the customer to resolve this issue quickly. Our policies work to protect that everyone has a positive experience. I had no problems, all tho I didn't try a whole lot of idle chit-chat with the lady behind the counter either. The food was good, service was good and the restaurant was clean.. bathrooms could have used a little work but was better than most.
never had a bad experience there ,but I didn't discuss political or religious beliefs either.
