You make an appointment by emailing them. Email is on their website.
No you need to make an appt. Go online and pick which animals you would like to view/adopt then email your choices. They will respond within 48 hrs. and let you know if the animal is still available and if anyone else is ahead of you in line to see the animal. You are not given an appt. until the animal you want is available and you are next in line. It seems alot but worth it. Don't get discouraged 🙂 Good Luck!
