Have had nothing but problems recurving mail. After some time due to when I came by to get mail I was verbally accosted, ie elderly abuse since I am 68, to the point I really didn't want to go near that place. As of yesterday, I was minus 19 items ordered from vendors on EBAY, another from World Radio lyd valued at $787.00. Reported to the La county deputy Sheriff's office. #171. Ongoing investigation. I am out close to $4,000 in goods that they claim never arrived. EBAY is investigating to assure that they did arrive. Have contacted, many times by emails Mr. Humphrey and Maria Sanchez. With no answer.The investigating deputy implied they nothing more than Lying cheating crooks. Stay away

In my opinion a great provider of service to our community. They have lunch and dinner various days a week. With Christmas coming they have the Angel tree providing toys to kids. They have the shelter for our homeless to utilize and do other things as well.

The store does pick up depends what it is. If you call the Salvation Army store or Salvation Army Corps they can give you the donation pickup number.
Worship service is at 10:15 AM. We gather for coffee and donuts at 10: AM. I'm a solider at the Lancaster Corps.

They help with both if you're on section 8. Only electric right now other wise. Either way you call Tuesday starting at 9 to get an appointment to process an application.
On Wednesday they have emergency food boxes. You need to call to get on the list for one.
The food program they have is lunch at the Corp at 11am on Tuesday,Wednesday and Friday. Also dinner on Tuesday at 3pm. The whole family can come you just need I'd. The office has a list of food banks you can get it there when you come for lunch.
The Salvation Army Corps is closed for hot meals on Monday & Thursday. Hot meals are served on Tuesday @ 11:AM and 3:PM, Wednesday @ 11:AM & Friday @ 11:AM
Valley oasis only helps with hotel vouchers only if your homeless with kids if not dont waist ur time. Try MHA across from grace they give the best help Lancaster got. And ive tried alll three
No they are not giving out turkeys this year
Valley oasis only offers shelter for domestic violence abused women or close to that nature. Other than that you have salvation shelter and your lucky to get in the same night and dont stay to long that when the mental abuse starts kicking in from staff. And don't be mentally or physically disables those are their fav victims. Just spreading truth.

The lunch program just ended at noon today. The early dinner at 3 PM will be closed. Normally (unless of holidays or special events) speaking The Salvation Army serves Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 11a.m. and 3 p.m.
The AV Salvation Army... serves lunch and dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday @ 11:am & 3:pm.
Rudeness is a common thing for their staff their. And the manager/owner dosent do much about it. The shelter is even worst but a safe and comfy cout for a night if you have no where to go thats the good thing and three meals
