Can anyone camp there? I live very nearby and I'm hosting a group called "WIN" Would they be able to camp there Nov.9th for about a week? If so, could I get details about reservations if you take them? Also what the daily charge would be.

Their pricing is competitive with other similar RV places that I've seen. And certainly on the reasonable side. Wayne is the fellow you want to contact and just call the Google Maps number he'll call you back. And for a day, a week, a month unless they have some major show. They have one or several a year and there's one coming up so check that out.
