What the f*** is wrong with this place? They don't answer the phone. I don't mean they take a long time to answer the phone, they don't answer the phone at all. Yesterday I waited for 3 hours and no one ever answered. Today, over 2 hours. Still no.

Have you considered giving your business to Lowes? Clearly home depot is less than deserving of your business based upon your level of frustration.
