Brought my 21 Pilot for B1 service and to check third row sit head rest because it won't stay up. Also asked that they check because truck shakes a bit on freeway. It took them 6 hrs for them to tell me it needs balance and they didn't even look at the head rest. I told them are you serious 6 hours and that didn't do anything . I have always brought my Pilot here don't know what happened today

This place is horrible with service. They tried to take advantage of my sister saying that her Honda needed new tires, she asked for a rotation instead and they denied it saying that the tires were worn out and can’t rotate for that reason. I checked them myself and the tire thread is completely fine. 2nd they tried charging her $600 to replace the tail light bulb saying that it was a problem with the harness. What a scam, I did it myself, just a regular swap of bulbs. Stop taking advantage of women please. I sure hope your manager see this. End of the month scams for sure trying to get that up sale. If you want your car serviced go during the start of the month when they aren’t starving for money.

I appreciate their excellent service from start to finish, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Deals usually take much much longer. I would definitely return for another car and recommend Jeremiah( salesman) and Mary (financing) for anyone looking to buy a car.

Great service good cars. However when they sell you a car, they don't tell you that Hondas are probably the most theft prone cars. I love my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. On the other hand the dealership should have put wheel locks on the cars as a standard. I have had Honda rims stolen off my car 3x's in less than a year. The first time I had no wheel locks and after that I had wheel locks on and they still took the rims. So my advice is when you buy the car don't drive off the lot without making the dealer include wheel locks. After that I would recommend upgrading the car alarm, because each time my rims were stolen the factory alarm never went off. Hey even if they break your window the factory alarm will not go off. Great cars but thieves are always after Hondas.
