If you hated Eastern bank before like I did you will definitely love them now I have been a customer for years and to be honest didn't like them much but for some reason stuck it out and am very happy for many reasons.but today I went and saw Stella( I believe that washer name sorry if im wrong) i made a bad purchase on internet when I when I called and tried to cancel order they said they couldn't and couldn't refund me but Stella went way over and above called company and got me my refund thankyou Stella

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at all. Very disappointed, unable to effectively bank with them. Their website is outdated and there is virtually no customer support.

Charles was incredibly helpful helping me open my checking account, he made it very fast a quick in and out and he explained the benefits of the promotion to get up to $300 and your checking account. He also emphasize with the customer by putting himself in the issues.
