As long as you know what you want, it's good. Do not interrupt an employee while texting ! In my experience, the youngsters are not helpful. Not all, some. I have to say at this particular store location I've had good assistance from your staff.

So useless. Called them to rent a truck. “We are putting it on hold for you for 30 minutes”. Arrived in 10 mins……. It’s been given off to someone else already….. Are you going to pay for the gas I burnt coming to your mismanaged store? Would give it 0.5 stars if i could. Please hire competent people.

This is a huge store! I almost got lost here :) I liked that the range of goods is very wide. I did not like the fact that there was some chaos a bit. I don't know what it's about. But I wish there was more order in the store. And so I can recommend this place. Be happy!Thank you for reading!

It's a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it's own since it's in an older converted warehouse but they've got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it's greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I'm working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

Jesus, Home Depot as with many stores work hard to deliver a positive customer service experience. With the shortage of labor in the bay area, it's hard to find, educate and staff a large store. I feel the frustration but i find that patience wins and if you're caring, understanding and patient you'll almost always find that they will meet your needs....😀
The parking lot is big enough. But you have to be very skillful to manuver the parking lot. Roads are narrow and the lot is quite full around Wal-mart,but home depot is ok
Space heaters are usually electrical which you plug into a wall electrical outlet. If you are wanting a natural gas space heaters, I am sure their customer service can refer you someone who can do the job.
