3rd time I've visited this location; twice with someone else & today (1.22.19)with my own vehicle. Each time there has been an issue, today was no different. Called all the posted numbers & each line is busy, how do we fix this?

I was charged twice after using the car wash last night. I am trying to contact someone who works there but the phone is constantly busy.

Called the number on the questions/comments placard & someone called me back like 20mins later. Directed me over to a location on Mercury & all was taken care of.
