The room that I was assigned too had furniture that was dated and in bad shape. My sofa was torn and the recliner is dated. Both items had been eaten by dogs in the past. The hotel overall needs to be updated. I have stayed in this facility back in 2008 and nothing appears to have been changed. Bed mattress was good but the rooms are outdated and the lighting can be improved. My phone message light kept blinking the hole time during my stay, which was for a month, and the staff could not figure on how to cut it off.

The water pressure and temperature were terrible. Toilet had fecal material on the front of the bowl, showing they didn't actually clean the bathrooms. The refrigerator made an awful noise. The sink next to the fridge dripped, asked twice to have it repaired, was not repaired. No spoons in the room. The room is really small. Carpets throughout the hotel are in rough shape. No breakfast and the cupboard is poorly stocked. Overall, a pretty lousy experience. Will not be back.

Positive: That they were okay with dogs. Some hotel staff were nice people. After we asked about the food in refrigerator & cabinets they was nice to send someone to clean it all up. But had to clean bathroom after finding dirty tissues in cabinets. Ewwww. Negative: 4night Ask 4towels from house keepers. Told to go down stairs front desk & get it our self if we needed anything. Not told where ice was. Got to the room & had left over food how do you miss so much food a lot when you cleaned? Didn't even get a discount.

Other than the fact that the floors were sticky with cleaners ( understood w/ pandemic in mind) the over all stay was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful when asked questions or needed help. Would have preferred not getting a handicapped room….but still was nice. The bathroom was missing hooks to hang wet towels.

There's an 80 lbs. limit for dogs. Aloud? Apparently small noisy are permitted too. There's an owner staying here who doesn't know that his dog barks a lot at noises in the hall when the owner isn't inside the room and barks for 90-120 minutes when its owner leaves for work.
