Why can't I get an aluminium driveshaft 100ins long.its for a duelly.ford crew cab long bed.i don't do hardly any towing.it has the v10 gas motor 2wheel drive.

As a drive shaft gets longer excess rpm can cause the drive shaft to whip in the center which will cause the shaft to fail. Drive shafts have to get bigger in diameter as they get longer to counter act this. They do not make drive line components that allow for a big enough diameter for this length.
