They will illegally change the locks on your apartment without telling you. My lease was up the 18th, they changed the locks the 17th and denied me access to my home. They claim I gave up my rights as a tenet when I scheduled the finial inspection, but I had let Teri know I would be back the next day to turn in my key after collecting the last two boxes. Valuable items were lost. Please do not rent here.

This has been the worst company that I rented from. The office has not been able to do their job and blames the tenants for their wrong doings. They give you only a day to sign the lease that I have waited for 3 months of them doing it wrong. Now my lease has been extended when I wanted to leave. As the office manager says it's my fault as they can't do their job. They wait until the last minute for any paper work or information. This company is the worst and the people in the office. Do Not Rent From Them!

In very general terms, a relatively decent place to live. Had noise complaint against us when we were the quietest tenants. Maintenance is slow at times. Check your apartment thoroughly when you move in!! Write down and document every little thing. Additional charges show up upon your exit.

The apartments are okay in my opinion. I have been here for a year. My unit is pretty decent. My first issue are these wood roaches that come out and centipedes. There is trash in the breeze way and millions of spider webs. The walls are very thin and the wooden steps are on the other side of my bedroom wall and all I hear are people constantly walking up and down the steps. I can't sleep and I sure can't relax. My other issue is the loud kids and rude neighbors. The money that tenants pay to live here is ridiculous and there should be quiet at some point and not ghetto kids running up and down the hallways all times of the day. I have made complaints, but it does no good. The office staff is pretty friendly, but rely on the residents to solve their own issues. I am not renewing my lease. Apartment communities are not all that and it's a huge rip off for the money tenants pay and still have to put up with foolishness.
