Love living here, location is close enough to Hampton and Newport News to make going into the city a breeze but also far enough to not have the crazy traffic. The apartment itself is roomy and has an effective AC system, appliances work well, and the area is very peaceful. Plenty of parking and and a nice private road that makes getting out onto Hampton Highway smooth. I plan to stay a long time!

The new clubhouse is great. Beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Definitely looking forward to using the gym. The residents here are so kind and really look out for each other.

Love this Neighborhood and the Staff! If I have a Maintainence Issue, they jump on it very fast and get the Job done. All the Girls in the office are very helpful and feel like Family. Great place to live!

Moving here is probably the best choice that I've made with my family. A huge reason being that I have never truly had a bad experience here. The rental office was especially attentive and helped make the transition here as smooth and painless as possible. It's affordable, safe, clean, quiet at night and has an active community during the day. Community events seem to be making a comeback which is another huge positive change for me, as I've never lived anywhere that have had them. The maintenance crew is fantastic all around, fast and efficient. My favorite part about it all is the safety that I've felt since living here - it may not sound like much, but being able to go out for late night walks... or walks in general and not feel on edge is a very freeing feeling. Thank you guys!
