Do they let you do payments on an expensive surgery? My dog might need stomach surgery for a second time. The first time it costed us almost $2000 up front and we didn't have it, we literally had to beg family members to help us pay for it.

They are substantially less than your regular vet, with EXCELLENT quality. No payments but worth calling. Rate them a 5+

I found their surgery to be significantly cheaper than our local vet. It was worth the 3 hr drive and hotel stay. We saved $3000 on dog knee surgery. I cant recommend them enough.

No payments with them. But they will take the care credit card.

They deal with situations such as yours all the time. They are a very compassionate team. I know they have helped others in the past to prevent economic euthanasia & I feel certain they will do the same for you. Helping Hands specializes in soft tissue surgeries & dentals. I am in rescue & have also used PAL which is on Cary St. for minor surgeries. They have an excellent vet there, too. I think the world of both vets. And Dr. Pasternak will greet you with a hug.

For special situation like that and if you can prove you can't secure Care Credit or other forms of credit, your best bet is to call them and explain your situation, propose your payment schedule and explain if your furbaby doesnt receive surgery, what would you be face with...such as economic euthenasia. You have nothing to lose and they mau have other referrals if they cant do the surgery. Just get past anyone who doesnt have the power to say yes.

Their prices for procedures are already reduced. I saved over $800 compared to my local vet.
