My 10 months English Bulldog needs the enlongated soft palate surgery and I'm concerned of complications during and post surgery since he has never been under anesthesia and bulldogs breed respiratory issues. Has anyone's dog been thru this surgery?

I too haven't dealt with that particular issue, but I can tell you that I've used Helping Hands for two surgeries that required anesthesia on my elderly dog. No but I have used them for my bulldog and she did good with the anesthesia. They are great vets and have excellent techs. Your pup will be in the best of hands there.
