My 10 months English Bulldog needs the enlongated soft palate surgery and I'm concerned of complications during and post surgery since he has never been under anesthesia and bulldogs breed respiratory issues. Has anyone's dog been thru this surgery?

My dogs have had a total of 4 surgeries, not all the same dog. They are friendly, professional and reasonable. No surgery over $999.00. All my dogs have came home great. They have a place comfortable to wait or they give you a map of Richmond to visit. I recommend Help8ng Hands to everyone that there animal needs surgery. Best of luck to you. I always went the evening before and stayed at the local hotels down the street that are dog friendly. You have an early drop off. It was much easier going g the day before. Message me if you have any questions.

I too haven't dealt with that particular issue, but I can tell you that I've used Helping Hands for two surgeries that required anesthesia on my elderly dog. They have been nothing but helpful and caring. I'm a crazy dog mom, so I asked a million questions and they were nothing but patient with me. I'd encourage you to call and ask all of your questions. I'm sure it's nothing they haven't heard before, and can talk you through the procedure and your concerns. Best of luck to you and your sweet pup!

No but I have used them for my bulldog and she did good with the anesthesia. They are great vets and have excellent techs. Your pup will be in the best of hands there.
