I see a femoral head ostectomy on their spring procedure price guide, but it specifically says "25 pounds and under" - I know that's not the same surgery your dog needs, but I'd call and ask to see if they can help. You never know. Good luck!
They list most procedures online with pricing, but even if you dont see your specific one, call them and directly ask. They specialize in these surgeries to keep them low cost as possible so pets don't have to be put down for economic reasons. There are hotels near and some give discounts for those gong to this vet center. My dogs have had 2 surgeries there and are like puppies now. So please call and find out if tgey can do your specific procedure needed.
It would be considered a specialty surgery but I do believe they will do it . You can call and they will let you speak to a surgeon.
