No waiting room. We never went in the building. They do not call until its over. As they told us, "no news is good news" they won't give updates over the phone if you call either. This is not a warm and fuzzy vet hospital, but a bare bones surgical clinic. They did a great job with our girl, but don't expect a caring vet tech to cater to you because they wont.
They called me before dental surgery to give an overview of what they found. They were very caring and informative, but a bit brief due to the number of patients they see every day. I was very pleased with the interaction and information they provided. I felt like they cared about my pet and the others in their care. With CV19, they have an outdoor check in and discharge system that worked well.
