Is there a parking lot near the restaurant?

You can usually find some street parking right outside the presidio gates. Right around the corner from sessions

Yes, there is free parking on tge other side of the building. It is the best kept secret. When we were there, a guard guided us where to park.

Drop people off near if you have to but if you park closer to Richardson you get to walk through the grounds. Duck pond!
