I used to work there...they sell boxes, but the shipping all depends on the dimensions and weight so they would have to put it on the scale and measure it before u got a price...and to be honest their packaging is pretty pricey but guaranteed to arrive to your destination safely
Beth, they do sell boxes that would fit your photograph, but they could answer the question best if you called the store, or brought the framed photograph in.
