I recently purchased an Epson printer from the Manteca Staples. At the same time, I left 41 used ink cartridges with the salesperson. She explained that $2 is given for each used cartridge. When I didn't receive anything, I called and spoke with the manager of the store. If you are not a premier member, you can only get credit for 10. I want everyone to know the policy as they do not inform you nor is it posted.. I think, dishonestly, they take your cartridges knowing that you will not receive credit. I will no longer shop or trust Staples online or in person. There are better places to purchase office supplies.
