I visit this store 3-5 times a week. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and never stop working. It’s a busy location but I always know they will help me with my outgoing packages. I don’t mind a small wait for great service:-)

Disappointed. Went in to print my two weeks’ notice for my job—a single standard piece of paper, black and white, one single side page, no pictures, as basic as can be. I asked how much that would cost to print. I was told over $3–I believe $3.04 was the exact total. I was incredulous. Apparently they charge the $2.50 computer fee regardless of whether you actually use the computer to get it printed (I was just going to email it in as I’ve done at other UPS stores), on top of the cost to actually print. I asked to confirm that I was understanding correctly and I was. I ended up going to Staples (just a mile away) where I was given a warm welcome and charged just $0.18 to print. I’ll definitely go there instead in the future.

ANA was great! She is what great customer service is all about! I was in a jam to get some notices printed and laminated, she could have easily said it was too late (it was 5 minutes until closing). She stuck it through even as other customers were trying to get last minute stuff done (and she didn't know I was in a jam). I have been to other places which I won't name, like STAPLES in Manteca next to TJ MAXX and Home Depot, and they treated me very unprofessionally and unkind. I found my forever home for printing and laminating needs, thanks ANA!!
