No. If your behind-the-wheel test is not scheduled before July 26, then you have missed your chance to take the driving test, using your permit. You will have you take the written test again to obtain a new Driver's permit. Your permit MUST be current at the time of the driving test and you cannot postpone or extend the expiration date.
