Yes, I know this line of work is difficult and often underappreciated. I have no doubt that many FedEx employees work hard and I appreciate it. Still, from a customer perspective, it seems the effort needs to be re-directed toward some improvements, so please hear me out: Very disappointing experience with their delivery and misleading notification system. I received no less than 3 notifications on 3 separate days informing me that my package had been delivered to my front door. False each time. Was forced to call customer service each time to inquire where the package was. It was perpetually shuffled around, in transit, and delivered to the wrong address at least once. At that point I offered to pick up the package myself from the facility, if only it was there...maybe I should quit my job and become a FedEx driver. I hate to be harsh with this review, but I have to be truthful and direct. The notification system is extremely misleading, causes worries for customers, and service is very unreliable. Please look into improving driver competency, providing them more training, and improving the scanning / notification system. It is possible, I know FedEx can do it. I hope I can leave a better review next time.

It's a shame these people are giving this company a 2 star rating. None of these people appreciate the hard work that these drivers and package handlers are putting in. They just sit on their behind click away and think an order arrives like magic on their doorstep

Just had two days of drivers lying about me not being home while I was there even though I specifically requested it be picked up at a fedex retail location. 1. How does it not get properly routed? 2. It's 2022 how does a company not yet verify dropoff attempts using gps data and a photo?

Not only would this location not give me my package that they had on site, but FedEx is just a horrible shipping company. I've said and heard the phrase "FedEx says it was delivered" too many times to count. Some of my orders from stores like Adidas just never arrived. Of course Adidas says they've done me the favor of choosing FedEx and I have to go through them. I've opened complaints with FedEx and told them that my package was not delivered, but they just close the case and provide me with no new information. I hope to never order anything from FedEx again.

They do have someone but they are absolutely useless. I don't even bother calling anymore. If I see a package going through there I can pretty much guarantee it will be at least a week late and the two times that I ordered phones they got lost due to "bad weather" in which I had to file a claim each time.
They're the worst.
No this is one of there places where they handle package. There's shipments coming and going everyday.
