Worst delivery experience EVER! They did not show up on the scheduled delivery date, they showed up the following day. BUT, I was not home so their office called and we rescheduled for Tuesday of the following week. They show up on Monday and of course I’m not home (hence the reason I scheduled it for Tuesday). Do they call me or reach out in any way? Nope, dude leaves it in my driveway. It was supposed to be delivered into my house and I was required to sign for it. The box, which I cannot move because it’s too large/heavy, is also badly damaged. No way the item isn’t damaged. I paid way too much money for this to be damaged and left out in my driveway! Seriously worst delivery EVER!!!!

Incompetent, I repeatedly lied to by Pilot dispatch. Have notified Best Buy that Pilot Freight is not permitted in my home.

No call no show. How is this company still in business?! Trying to return an item from Amazon. I selected a date from their booking system. I got a call from the company and told me they had to reschedule. I was fine with it. The scheduled pickup time came and went and not even a call. Won't do business with them anymore.

I ordered a home gym from Wal-Mart and as the delivery date neared, I grew more and more anxious with anticipation. The morning of my delivery I started reading reviews many of which spelled out horror stories of late deliveries, damaged goods, and hours on the phone spent on hold. About an hour after my delivery window had passed, i started tio get nervous. I called and was asked to hold, within a few minutes, they had contacted the driver and updated me on when they would arrive. I was on the call for five minutes tops. I got my delivery a little late but intact and the driver and his assistant were quite professional and helpful. I can't speak to the experiences of others, but they get 5 stars from me!
