I am with legal aid after 8 referrals and turndown for general public. My issue is over two rental increase in one year. Do to the the Housing Authority, Property Mangement and legal aids refutes of rent increases (public sector qualificatios) i am tentively facing eviction because of not having one flat rate for people with sparactic employment, statues and incomes. At this moment of 6 months of arguing and reseach of rental laws my case is pending. It's like i get a financial raise and and you get a rental increase raise, not allowing myself and others any financial easement or stable income support: going back and forth which is stressfull. In the years of legal, private and public system and courts (death) currently i would have to say "No". The neccessarities or Housing, Medical and Food. Fee and statues related to these common demands should not be made a financial political aguement or greed and should be stable.
