I don't know what they do for the General Public. I am a veteran of the United States Army and its pathways Home for homeless veterans. I'm in a homeless veterans program where they help you transition to permanent housing and find an apartment or help you to get in position to qualify to buy a home. I applied and got in the program through the Berkeley food and housing project!
Not that I know of. There are so many people in need of help the system bottle necks rather quickly.
