The fountain reopened a 5-6 weeks ago. The reflecting pool was re-filled finally a couple weeks ago. I walk by it weekly. The mother church is still covered in scaffolding, although there are still tours inside.
fountain works...but the reflection pool is still empty.
Fountain and pool are working!
