You are not mandated to wear a mask indoors if you are vaccinated, unless the business/location requires it (which they may).
In Massachusetts you do not need to wear a mask if fully vaccinated inside or outside, unless an establishment requires it. A few exceptions are medical facilities and a few others.
Each retail establishment now has the option to choose whether they require masks inside. I think masks should still be worn inside any building. The vaccine only makes sure the person vaccinated doesn't die if they catch the virus. But the person vaccinated can/will spread the virus and infect those not vaccinated. And those notre vaccinated can still die if they catch the virus. Check your local store
