I found the car I was looking for online and emailed Lexus. I received a call from Jim within one hour. He was very knowledgeable and we set up an appointment for me to come take a look a few days later. Upon arrival he had the car all cleaned and ready to test drive. I ended up loving the car and purchased it. I was out the door within two hours. I highly recommend calling Jim if you need a car.

My experience was, as always, today and in the past very respectful, helpful and incredibly easy. I, for the first time, booked my appointment online. I called but unfortunately the office was already closed and it was suggested that I book it online. Not happy but I decided to try. I expected the usual confusion but to my surprise it was the easiest and most organized system I had ever used. The responses were immediate and friendly. Many other companies might benefit by learning from your site!!! Upon the arrival for my scheduled appointment I was greeted and directed to meet with Mark who was so helpful, nice and very accommodating. It was a pleasure. I brought my vehicle in for its 5000 mile oil change and last minute yearly inspection (oops 😳). I also thought I might need an alignment. No problem. However, my service representative, Jen Perry, IRA Lexus in Danvers, MA, called me to tell me there were more issues that we both thought. Ugh 😩! However, she knew I had an extended warranty on my vehicle. I told her to do the she can. She did! I paid about 1/3 of the total price! Great service and great representative! Thanks Jen! Deb A

The service there, as usual was great. Kristina Santos did a great job from start to finish. She was very energetic, attentive and efficient. My car was in for a detail and what a job they did.
