This place is pretty much what I expect from every Stop & Shop. The shelves were stocked, the deli had a good selection of hot and cold foods, and there are several regular checkout lanes and plenty of self-checkout machines typically available.

I went to do the locker pickup with a 300 dollar order. The system deleted everything I did after I added my credit card information. I then did the order all over again and every time I tried to select a time slot it said “something went wrong.” When this error message wouldn’t disappear the next morning, I called the manager. He said that it was odd and was not happening to anyone else. But, he said he would look into it further and call me back. I decided to go shopping in person while waiting. A day or two went by and I didn’t receive a call back. Finally, I decided that maybe he didn’t know how to fix it. So, I called customer service. The lady told me she would send the information to the technical team and they’d call me back. Two days went by and no call back. Finally, I decided to call them back. The lady said the previous employee did not input the information correctly to the tech team. After trying to fix it herself and failing she assured me that this time the tech team would definitely call me back. She said they would call me that day or the next. It has been four days and again no call back. It is really sad because I cannot use the locker pickup service and it won’t even allow me to create another account. Nobody will help me! I live the closest to shop and stop and don’t want to change grocery stores. I am very disappointed in them.
