It's a shame that you give up on a company because of one rude employee, especially if you complained and they resolved it.

I have been going to Sams Club for years. I had a problem with one person, I called corportate. And they took care of the problem. Hope this helps.

That's unusual I've always had great service there with the personnel but there's always One Bad Apple. I hope Sam's Club's gets the name from you and fires her because they do not need customer service like that.
