The hotel is nice, I found the location nice and convenient. Lots of Halal food options within 5-10 minutes of driving distance. Property is decent. They do charge $10 a night for parking so FYI be prepared & not surprised as many sites don’t list it. It is sad to see the state of breakfast, for a property like this and Hilton you would expect better standards. The 4 star is exclusively for the level of service, or I would’ve kept it in the 3 star category, the lady cook at the omelette bar deserves 5 stars, over all everyone I interacted with was nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice clean and decent, but the shower pressure leaves much to be desired for. Plus with some minor maintenance they cans definitely raise the standards of the rooms. I can appreciate in ‘22 everyone is struggling with staff shortages and the ones who are doing a great job should be super appreciated and retained FYI for ES Management. The happy hour is lays chips, pretzels, fig newtons, Oreo cookies and not much for non-alcoholic options but again the amazing bartender obliged and made me a really nice and yummy shaken refreshing iced drink. Overall I was satisfied with the trip and will stay again here when I am in Tampa next! Editing this and dropping the star down. I got a bill for USF charge at checkout, although minimal and insignificant I went to the front desk and there was a ‘supervisor’ and inquired, the way she dismissed it and the attitude when I told her guests should be informed about it - guess the good streak of great friendly service had to end with a bad apple, um I mean approach 🙄

This is the second year our virtual school has booked our State Testing event with this location. It is the perfect location and has all the amenities we need to run a smooth experience for our students and families! We spend 4 weeks renting out the many different conference rooms and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs each and every day! The ladies at the front desk were always super helpful with last-minute needs! The Sales department and banquet/set-up managers and staff were always available and willing to accommodate our every need! Especially Joyce, Jennifer, and Jerell! We just love having the opportunity to work with this hotel each year and looking forward to booking our rooms for the third year in a row next year!

I was skeptical due to the numerous bad reviews. As a Hilton rewards member, I checked in and chose my room online. I never needed to visit the front desk. My room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The complementary breakfast included made to order omelets and assorted fresh fruit. It was fantastic. The fitness center was small but had new equipment and dumbbells as well as a smattering of other equipment. The only complaint was that the coffee was too hot to drink or even carry comfortably with a sleeve on it.

This was my first time in a while staying here at this location. It was a last minute decision to stay in Tampa for the Easter weekend and we thought Embassy would deliver that Hilton chain satisfaction. Check In was wonderfully pleasant with great customer service. The young lady Maria I believe her name to be was very quick, efficient and customer care friendly. Now the room was a different story....though some upgrade was made the tub had these red scratches all over. The shower ran hot then freezing cold, and then warm. There was no alarm clock or clock in general but an antiquated phone from the 80's on the nightstand. The breakfast is always good at Embassy but we both mornings ate out. The room did smell clean and the hotel lobby was well put together.

I'm sorry but I don't know that information. I can suggest contacting Embassy Suits on line since the staffing is minimal at the hotel. I hope this was helpful.

Embassy Suites at USF provides a free shuttle service to anywhere within three miles. Their drivers are very courteous and knowledgeable of the area.

I quit visiting this locale BECAUSE of the parking fee. Even HH didn't get a break for that. There are way too many other Hilton brands close by that are free parking and never had a problem at the locales. Sorry this one is off my list for now.
Tampa was undamaged by the hurricane, thank God!
