Very clean with an amazing staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everyone at the front desk was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had. They all went above and beyond with any requirements we did have.

GOOD: – Seriously friendly staff. The staff we encountered at check in and the morning breakfast was the best… and really carries the positive weight of this review. – We chose this location for its proximity to Busch Gardens and it served those needs well. You can’t walk straight to the park’s entrance because a wall around the BG forces pedestrians to walk a bit out of the way. A brisk walk can get you from hotel to park turnstyle in about 20 minutes. – Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. – Interior designs from the lobby to our room are fresh and modern… really looking good. – Breakfast had all the hot items that have become staples… eggs, sausage, steamy oatmeal kettle, waffle station, etc. – Digital keys are available on the Hilton app. We appreciated the option of being able to check in online, choose the room location, and enter our room without physical key cards. – Easy in and out of the parking lot via back streets leading to traffic lights. CAUTIONS: – While the room looked great on the surface, it had some rough edges. Some brushed stainless steel surfaces have become rusty… not sure if this has been accelerated by extra pandemic cleaning liquids or just from steamy showers… nonetheless, it needs attention. – We needed a screwdriver. Not the drink… a literal screwdriver. From cabinet handles to bathroom fixtures, there was a bit of giggling going on… every screw needed to be tightened. Even the TV wasn’t far from coming detached from its swivel connection. None of this caused any inconveniences, but it’s a clear sign of minor neglect. SUMMARY: – I wouldn’t necessarily give this hotel a perfect score, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Again, the staff is great… making this a solid choice for the Busch Gardens visitor.

I am giving one star because you have too because Kim was such a delight. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the management level. My family and I booked here for a weekend getaway. We booked 3 room and arrived Thursday night. Friday morning, my nieces woke with bites and them and so did my wife. We thought it was mosquitoes. Saturday, my sister woke up with bites, again, we thought it was mosquitos. Sunday 1am, my brother finds bed bugs in his room. He drove home Sunday at 1 am. The rest of us weren’t going to risk driving since we had drinks at dinner so we stayed to sleep it off. Sunday morning at 9:45a, my mom and I went to front desk and advised Kim about what transpired. She alerted the Assistant Manager on duty which took her nearly an hour to come out and address us. I am convinced she solely came out after we threatened to leave a review along with photos which is a shame. Not a way to treat your guest who spent quite an amount of money. Not only could she not give much information, she was not aware of any protocol for bed bugs nor did she fully comprehend the intensity of the situation, beg bugs, just like lice, spread and fast. She initially was only going to have 1 room checked/fumed until my brother who worked in pest control explained the severity of the situation at hand. Meanwhile, she showed her photos and video of the bed bugs along with showing her my nieces bites and my wife. Please beware before booking here of this issue as it seems it’s not the first time this hotel has bed bugs.

The room was large and clean. The front desk was always so nice and helpful and the location and shuttle service to Busch Gardens is fabulous! Also, one of the very few hotels that are serving a HOT breaksfast!
