Hi Kathy, No, jury duty is canceled for next week. The judiciary reverted us back to Phase 1, and we currently do not have jury trials at this time.

I live in Martin County but got summoned for St Lucie County. Is this a mistake?

Hi Patty, The list the Clerk’s office uses is from the DHSMV. If you recently moved out of St. Lucie County, it’s possible that you may still be in our list. However, it’s a bigger possibility that it is for federal court, not state court.

Hi, when you send out a notice to show for jury duty" do you give a month in advance for letting work or others to make plans to help out with personal things? God bless
